We support community-driven actions that strengthen Primary Health Care (PHC) and advance Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by improving health knowledge, promoting healthy behaviors, and strengthening linkages to existing health services. Through community engagement, health education, social mobilization, and referral support, we help reduce barriers to access—especially for underserved and hard-to-reach populations.
As a member of the World Patients Alliance, Remote Health Reach (RHR) promotes patient rights, dignity, and safety within communities and health systems. We work to ensure that patients are informed, respected, and able to speak up about their healthcare experiences.
Through awareness-raising, community engagement, and support for feedback and grievance mechanisms, we help strengthen accountability and trust between patients, communities, and health providers—especially in underserved settings. Our advocacy efforts contribute to more people-centered, transparent, and responsive healthcare systems.
We support improved maternal, newborn, and child health outcomes by promoting health education, early care-seeking, and community engagement. Our work focuses on empowering women, families, and caregivers with information and support to access existing maternal and child health services.
